BERGER BULLETS FOUNDER TELLS HIS STORY
Walt Berger and Author Richard Mann Collaborate on New Book.

Fullerton, California (May 24, 2007) – A new book is in the works.  On a recent visit to the Berger Bullets factory Walt Berger and Richard Mann sketched out an outline for the first Berger Bullets load manual which will also include the story of Walt Berger and Berger Bullets.  This visit was followed by a hunting trip to New Zealand where Walt spent many hours recounting his years as a young hunter, his early struggles at building bullets and trying to win bench rest matches, how the bench rest world championships came to be and the history of Berger Bullets.

This is the first time Walt’s load data has ever been published and a history of Berger and his bullets has been written down.  Walt’s story and the history of Berger Bullets will take readers through a journey of Walt’s life including the story of J4 Jackets and the VLD bullet.  Whether you’re a Benchrest shooter, a big game hunter, or a collector of outdoor books this soon to be published book is a must for your library.
Berger Bullets Loading Manual  is scheduled for release at the 2008 SHOT Show in Las Vegas, Nevada.
